My Review of 'Cry Terror!' (1958)

Debbi Mack reviews the 1958 crime thriller, Cry Terror, which was featured on TCM Noir Alley. The film stars James Mason as an electronics expert who is manipulated into creating a bomb for a “criminal mastermind”, played by Rod Steiger. The speaker praises the performances of the cast, particularly Inger Stevens, who she believes almost made the movie. The speaker also notes the unique use of voiceover in the film. She compares the film to the original movie The Taking of Pelham One Two Three, and expresses her love for Cry Terror, despite some [actually, quite a few] implausibilities. The speaker also mentions the use of dental records in the film to find a victim of a crime, which she found interesting.
